Frank Vogel Funeral

BENSON - The funeral of Frank Vogel, 70, who died at his home here Friday, was held at 9 a.m. Monday at the Catholic church here. Burial was in the church cemetery. Mr. Vogel had been ill of cancer of the stomach for eight months.

Mr. Vogel had served Green township as a member of the Woodford county board of supervisors for 10 years and also held other township offices. At the time of his death he was a member of the community high school board and a director of the Roanoke Fire Insurance company.

Surviving are his widow and children, Lawrence of Metamora, Mrs. Breese of Heyworth, Edward, Aloys, Raymond, Isabel and Mrs. Anna Meyer of Benson, Eugene of Minonk and Mrs. Helen Pfister of El Paso.
