Text of Frank's obituary, provenance unknown:

"FRAND M. ARNOLD

WAKEMAN, May 21 - (Special)-Frank M. Arnold, a resident of the South Butler-rd near Wakeman, died yesterday after a long illness on his 88th birthday. He was a life-long resident of Clarksfield and Wakeman tps, and had been a farmer practicallly all his life. Up till the time of his retirement from active life, he had been a prominent worker in civic and community affairs.

Mr. Arnold wa a member of the Brighton Methodist Church and on March 15, this year, he and his wife, Mary Arnold, had celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. He is survived by a dughter, Mrs. Ethel Jordan of Hudson; a son, Merwin at home; a grandchild, and two great grandchildren, and two brothers, Sherman of Clarksfield and William of Hartland.

The body has been removed to the L. D. Gerber Funeral Home at Wakeman, where funeral services will take place at 2 p. m., Thursday. The Rev. F. E. Eastman of the Wakeman Congregational Church will officiate. Interment will be in Wakeman Cemetery."
