GARVER, CHARLES W.; of Waterford; February 13, 2001; age 84; loving husband of Ellen for 59 years; dear father of James (Darlene) Garver of Oxford, Charlene (Kenton) Mark of Walled Lake and Randy (Cynthia) Garver of Waterford; deargrandfather of Renae (Ron) Fox, Brian Garver, Daniel (Trisha) Mark, Mark Garver and Scott Garver; also survived by great-grandson Travis; Mr. Garver was retired from General Motors and was a member of the Waterford Township Church ofChrist. He was formerly employed at Baldwin Rubber and was the oldest of sixteen children. Funeral services will be Friday, February 16, 2001, 1:30 p.m. at the RIVERSIDE CHAPEL, Simpson-Modetz Funeral Home, 5630 Pontiac Lake Road,Waterford. Officiating Mr. David Parks. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday 3-9 p.m. Interment Ottawa Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Michigan Parkinson Foundation or to the American Diabetes Associating.
