Ona Madeline Sleper, 96, of Huxley, formerly of Maxwell, Iowa, died Saturday, August 23, 2008 at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 27 at the Maxwell Presbyterian Church. Burialwas Thursday at 2:00 p.m. in Buffalo Grove Cemetery. The Bacon Funeral Home of Maxwell was in charge of arrangements.
