- Dit pand werd voorheen bewoond door de weduwe Abraham Wijnands (in leven beenhakker alhier), en tegenwoordig door de koper.
- De binnengevelmuur en schoorsteen van dit huis en van het huis daarachter (van voorn. Rijk Kruijff) zullen gemeen zijn en blijven, evenals de gaten of deuren op de zolders van Krijff die op gemene kosten van de koper en van Kruijff moetenwordenopgemetseld.
- Kruijff mag ten allen tijden en op zijn kosten een loden pijp aanbrengen door de muur van het fundament onder in de kelder van deze huizinge in de pompwaterput. Dan zal ook die put gemeen worden onderhouden.
- Kruijff mag tot 01-11-1758 vrij water halen, zoveel als hij nodig heeft.
