Notes about James Duffy

Hi Thelma and Barb,

First of all, it's great to have a known "cousin" across the pond, Thelma. When I was going through my binder for the Macklins, I discovered that Anne Deighan was a sponsor for one of her brother's children, Mary Macklin. I don't know if you had this record, but it is attached. What is interesting is that the Priest was a Michael Martin, so possibly a relation of Mary Martin.

My ancestor was Catherine Macklin. Of course, I can't find her baptismal record. The records are spotty for the Macklins and it seems some were not entered into the baptismal record.

Best regards,
Cathy
