Helen Winifred Quinn, 68, of Wildwood, passed away Monday at the Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital in Cape May Court House.

Helen was born in Philadelphia to the late Curtis and Ruth Rile.

A lifelong resident of Wildwood, she attended Glenwood Ave. Elementary School and Wildwood High School. Helen was a member of St. Ann's R.C. Church, a charter member of the Cape May County Police Officers Wives Association, an honorary member of the Cape Atlantic County's Police and Fire Irish Pipe Brigade, the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians, and the Cape Atlantic Police and Fire Emerald Society.

Helen is survived by: her loving husband, Charles, E; three sons, Charles W. of Wildwood, Thomas M. of Chincoteague, Va., Michael F. of Ventnor; two daughters, Helen Richardson of Sarasota, Fla and Kathleen of Rio Grande; three sisters, Ruth Hand of Augusta, Ga., Dolores Krogman of Wildwood, and Joan Nelson of Hampton, Va.; one brother, the late Curtis Rile of Erma; loving grandmother of Michele, Brian, Kevin, Colleen, Joseph, Sean, Kate, Becky, Dan, Bill, John, Merideth, and Emily.
