Mrs Jeanette Marshall Loucks, a resident of Daleville, died early Friday morning, November 13, 2020, at her home. She was 80 years old.

Funeral services for Mrs Loucks will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, November 20, 2020, from Daleville Baptist Church with Reverend Jim Peters officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens, Holman Funeral Home and Cremations of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Ozark Thursday from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.

Mrs. Loucks was born August 24, 1940 in Dale County, Alabama to the late Andrew Jackson Marshall and Allene Hancock Marshall. She was a 1958 graduate of Carroll High School in Ozark.

Mrs. Loucks worked with Civil Service at Fort Rucker for twenty-five years until her retirement. She had made her home in Daleville for the past forty-five years and was a member of Daleville Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Charles Benjamin McCarthy and Gerald Orville Loucks.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Lori and Ron Sherdel of Keedysville, Maryland; two sons and daughters-in-law, Ashley and Tina Bolton of Madison, Alabama, Charles and Amy McCarthy of Huntsville, Alabama; six grandchildren, Paige Keenum, Jennifer Sena DaSilva, Austin Bolton, Matthew Sherdel, Charlie McCarthy and Chelsea McCarthy.
