Regina "Reggie" Hughes, age 48, passed away on Nov. 9, 2012, in Lynnwood. She was born on Jan. 17, 1964, in Tucson, Arizona. to Robert and Beverly Hubbard.

She graduated from Oak Harbor High School in 1982 and San Diego State University in 1992. She is survived by her husband Shawn and their children Ian and Nicole Hughes of Lynnwood.

Also surviving are her mother Beverly Hubbard and sister Christine Hubbard of Birch Bay, Tamara (William) Olson, of Blaine; father- and mother-in-law Francis and Mary Hughes, of Oak Harbor; niece Michelle Hughes of, Maple Valley and nephew Brian Hughes, of Houston, Texas. Also surviving are numerous aunts, uncles and cousins of Oak Harbor, Connecticut, and Long Island, New York. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Hubbard.
