He was born in Baltimore, MD and was the son of the late Solomon Robert and Ida (Ander) Levinson.He had been an attorney for many years.He is survived by his wife, Jayne M. Levinson of Millsboro; two sons, Jason Levinson of Frederick, MD and Justin Levinson of Philadelphia, PA; two daughters, Stacey Maisel of Australia and Heather Cruz of North Carolina and 11 grandchildren.
