Notes about Milton Wilder

Linda Blondel says that Betty died young, Marlene took the kids away, and Milton stayed married
to Claire until he died.
Linda also tells that Milton lost his leg playing ball by being run over a streetcar. After studying at
University of Maryland, he became an orthopedic surgeon and tried to work at University of
Maryland Hospital but was blocked for years due to Jewish doctors' quotas before eventually
getting in.
