    Het enige regiment wat ik tegen kom was het Regiment Nationalen Geusau nr.20 (Nassau-Weilburg) welke tussen 1767 en 1772 gelegerd was te Zwolle.
    Het regiment werd opgericht in 1632 als Regiment van Wijnbergen. In 1672 werd het Regiment Ittersum bijgevoegd. In 1748 werd het Regiment Voorst bijgevoegd. Bij de reorganisatie van 1752 werd het op 2 bataljons gebracht. Dit 2e bataljon werd gevormddoor het voormalige Regiment Brunswijk-Bevern. In 1772 werd de officiele benaming vastgesteld als Regiment Nationalen 20. In 1795 (Franse tijd) ging het regiment op in het 1e bataljon van de 5e Halvebrigade.
    Het regiment bestond uit 2 bataljons, elk met een grenadier-compagnie en zes musketier-compagnieen. Hoewel het regiment officieel een nummer/naam droeg, werd dit alleen gebruikt op hun wapens en uitrusting, en waren ze beter bekend onder de naam vanhun commandant (kolonel). Begin 1793 bedroeg de (theoretische) sterkte 762 man. Na de oorlogsverklaring op 1 februari 1793 van de Franse Republiek aan de Koning van Engeland en de Stadhouder der Nederlanden werd de sterkte opgevoerd naar 983 man.
