    Testament van Pieter Dirks Touw en Maartje Arends Laaij echtelieden wonende onder Natris gegoed onder de 2000 gld. Zij institueren hun voorkinderen slechts in de legitieme portie en in wat er verder nog overblijft na hun dood hun dr Jannetje Touw bij elkander verwekt. Als de voorkinderen hiermede niet accoord gaan verklaren zij de voorgaande dispositie te vernietigen en benoemen zij de langstlevende tot vruchtgebruiker doch moet dr Jannetje opvoeden tot 18 jr en dat wat na de dood van de langstlevende overblijft zal moeten worden gedeeld door de voorkinderen en hun dr elk voor een gelijk gedeelte. Langstlevende voogd of voogdes en seclusie van de weeskamer.
