      Hugo X van Lusignan (?, 1185 - Damietta, 1249), bijgenaamd de Bruine, was een zoon van Hugo IX van Lusignan en van zijn eerste echtgenote Agatha van Preilly. Hij volgde zijn vader in 1208 op als heer van Lusignan en graaf van La Marche. Hugo huwde in 1220 met Isabella van Angoulême (-1246), erfgename van Angoulême en weduwe van Jan zonder Land, met wie zijn vader overigens al verloofd was geweest. Hugo was een tegenstander van Blanca van Castilië en haar zoon Alfons van Poitiers. In 1242 ging hij in strijd met Alfons van Poitiers en kreeg daarbij de steun van Hendrik III van Engeland en Raymond VII van Toulouse, Hugo's schoonzoon. Met de hulp van Lodewijk IX van Frankrijk slaagde Alfons van Poitiers er evenwel in om het pleit te winnen in de slag bij Taillebourg van 1242. Hugo stichtte de abdij van Valence en stierf tijdens de zevende kruistocht in Egypte.
