      Otto I, paltsgraaf van Bourgondië (?, 1165/70 - Besançon, 13 januari 1200), ook wel Otto van Hohenstaufen genoemd, was de vierde zoon van keizer Frederik I van het Heilige Roomse Rijk en diens tweede echtgenote Beatrix I van Bourgondië. Hij volgde zijn vader op als graaf van Bourgondië in 1190. Otto huwde in 1190 met Margaretha van Blois (ca. 1164/70-1230), dochter van graaf Theobald V van Blois, en was vader van:
      - Johanna
      - Beatrix.

      Op voordracht van zijn broer Hendrik VI, werd hij in 1196 ook graaf van Luxemburg na het overlijden van Hendrik IV van Luxemburg zonder mannelijke erfgenaam. Na intens onderhandelen werd het graafschap Luxemburg in 1197 toegekend aan Ermesinde, de dochter van de overleden Luxemburgse graaf.
