      Filips van Artesië (1269 - 1298) een zoon van Robert II van Artesië en van Amicia van Courtenay. Filips was gehuwd met Blanche van Dreux, dochter van Jan II van Bretagne, en had de volgende kinderen:
      - Margaretha (1285\endash 1311), in 1301 gehuwd met Lodewijk van Évreux,
      - Robert III van Artesië (1287\endash 1342)
      - Isabella (1288\endash 1344), non in Poissy,
      - Johanna (1289 \endash na 1347), in 1301 gehuwd met hertog Gaston I van Foix-Béarn,
      - Maria (1291 \endash 1365), gehuwd met Jan I van Namen.

      Filips diende onder zijn vader in de slag bij Veurne van 1297,waar hij gewond raakte. Hij zou nooit herstellen en een jaar later sterven. Door zijn vroege dood ontstond een opvolgingsstrijd die door zijn zuster Mahaut gewonnen werd, ten nadele van zijn zoon Robert.
