Odo van Vitry (gest. 1158) was gehuwd met Mathildis (-1151), een dochter van Hugo I van Rethel. Hij regeerde vanaf 1124 samen met zijn vrouw over Rethel in opvolging van zijn schoonbroer Gervais. Odo was de vader van Ithier.
