      Maria van Boulogne (Blois, 1125 - Montreuil, 1181 of 1182) was een dochter van koning Stefanus van Engeland en Mathildis van Boulogne. Zij was gravin van Mortain en Boulogne.

      Maria huwde met Mattheüs I van de Elzas. Vóór haar huwelijk was zij abdis van Romsey (Hampshire). Zij volgde haar broer graaf Willem op in 1159. Later herneemt zij het monastieke leven in Saint-Austrebert (nabij Montreuil), maar met haar huwelijk brak zij haar kuisheidsgelofte, zodat zij en haar gemaal herhaaldelijk in de ban werden geslagen. Zij scheidden in 1169 of 1170.

      Maria was de moeder van:

      1. Ida (1161-1216), in 1181 gehuwd met graaf Gerard van Gelre (-1181), in 1183 met hertog Berthold IV van Zähringen (-1186), en met Rainald I van Dammertin-en-Goelo (-1227)

      2. Mathilde van Boulogne (1161/1165 - circa 1211), gehuwd met Hendrik I van Brabant
