Manasses I van Rethel (gest. 1032) was een zoon van Manasses van Omont en van Castricia. Hij manifesteerde zich in het begin van de 11e eeuw als graaf van Rethel. Manasses was gehuwd met Dada, en werd de vader van Manasses II.
