Deling a. Jan Willem Monissen, dagloner wonende te Klimmen, gehuwd met Maria Gertruid Brouns. b. Jan Willem Brouns, dienstknecht wonende te Weustenrade onder Klimmen. c. Anna Maria Brouns, gehuwd met en bijgestaan door Willem Maas, dagloners wonendete Houthem. Ze willen overgaan tot de scheiding en deling der volgende goederen: a. een huis met tuin en boomgaard gelegen in de Houtstraat te Klimmen, gelegen aan de hagergats, c727, c729, c1385. b. Bouwland gelegen op de acht bunder aan den kruisboom, c570 en c1036. Aan elk der deelgenoten komt hiervan 1/6 als erfgenamen van hun ouders en schoonouders Servaas Brouns en Elisabeth Senden. Verder aan Jan willem Monnissen nog 2/6 krachtens akte van koop voor Bex dd 29 november 1868 en 11 januari 1869, en aan Jan Willem Brouns nog 1/6 krachtens akte van koop voor Bex dd 9 september 1866. A. jan Willem Monissen krijgt voor zijn aandeel: Een deel van het huis bestaande uit de keuken, de ingang, een deel van de kamer. Een verder het perceel bouwland. B. Jan Willem Brouns krijgt: de rest van het huis, bestaande uit schuur, koestal en de rest van de kamer. C. Anna Maria Brouns krijgt een deel van de boomgaard gelegen bij het huis.
