Peeter van Olmen wordt genoemd in een akte d.d. 08 december 1660 als persoon, die een bedrag van 60 gulden bijlegt in de kosten van een procedure tussen de oude regeerders van Baarle Nassau en de tegenwoordige bestuurders van Baarle Nassau voor de hoofd-rechtbank in Breda over een obligatie van 1000 gulden, die het oude dorpsbestuur had verleend aan de Schout Verelst, die de obligatie had doorverkocht aan Cornelis Janssen van Laerhoven. De proceskosten bedroegen 202 gulden.
