CORNELIA VAN BAREN, bouwvrouw te Moordrecht, weduwe van de overledene, moeder van en wettige voogdesse over HILLIGJE, AAGJE, MARRIGJE, CORNELIA en GERRIGJE MOLENAAR en PIETER MOLENAAR, zonder beroep, woont te Moordrecht.
Bovengenoemde minderjarige kinderen en Pieter Molenaar zijn door den overledene Aris Molenaar in huwelijk met Cornelia van Baren verwekt.
In het testament voor Cornelius Catharinus Krom notaris te Gouda op 28.10.1858 verleden heeft de overledene bepaald dat zijn huisvrouw erfgename is over het beschikbare gedeelte van de nalatenschap. Tot de nalatenschap behoren geen onroerende goederen.
Domicilie kiezende te Moordrecht ten kantore van notaris Kluit.
