Inhoud rapport: te 09.30 uur - Doet Adriana Bastiana Heijstek, gescheiden van echt van C.A. Mesman, oud 26 jaar, wonende Verhulststraat 22, alhier, aangifte van huisbredebreuk gepleegd in de nacht van 10 op 11 Augustus 1947, gepleegd door haar gewezen echtgenoot.

RAPPORT.
in verband met de op Dinsdag 12 Augustus, gedane aangifte van Mej. Heijstek, oud 26 jaar, wonende te Dordrecht aan de Verhulststraat nr. 22, terzake het plegen van huisvredebreuk, gepleegd door haar gewezen echtgenoot, C.A. MESMAN, wonende te Middelburg, geven ondergetekenden, in aansluiting op hun vorige rapport, als volgt te kennen:

dat Mej. Heijstek met haar gewezen echtgenoot was overeengekomen volgens haar zeggen, dat Zondagavond C.A. Mesman bij haar thuis mocht komen, om wasgoed te halen en om afscheid van de twee kinderen te nemen. Mesman werd dus toegelaten. Aangezien Mesman een glaasje had gedronken, wilde zij hem er uit hebben en is omstreeks half 1 des nachts aan de Politiepost Diepebrockweg geweest W.H. van Gemert, die in ondertrouw is met de aangeefster Mej. Heijstek, en met het verzoek om Mesman uit de woning te doen.
Te omstreeks 1 uur, hebben Adrianus van Bezooijen en Dirk Schuite, ons derwaarts begeven en is in ons bijzijn, Mesman gelast de woning te verlaten, waaraan deze onmiddellijk voldeed.

Mesman is met ons medegegaan om verder dien nacht bij zijn ouders in de Lenghenstraat te gaan slapen. Hier is dus geen huisvredebreuk gepleegd, zodat door ons hiertoe geen procesverbaal kan worden opgemaakt.
