    Persoonlijk verschenen Willem Gerrits en Wietse Jacobs eheluiden tutore marito en verklaarden bij deze te cederen en te transporteren aan haar schoonzoon Gerrit Jan Pasman en dochter Hendrikjen Willems eheluiden de halfscheid van alle hare goederen,zo roerende als onroerende niets uitgezonderd mits dat zij de beide comparanten zullen onderhouden in kost en klederen zolang zij leven en na dode een eerlijke begrafenis, alsmede dat na dode van beiden, de andere halfscheid zullen behouden en daarvan aan hare vijf broeders en zusters zullen uitkeren aan ieder zes guldens en aan de broeders de vaders klederen en aan de zusters de moeders klederen en mogte het gebeuren dat de broeders en zusters ziek worden te allen tijde bij de zwager en zustermogen inkomen en aldaar verpleegd worden tot herstel toe. Gerrit Jan Pasman en Hendrikjen Willems hebben het bovenstaande aangenomen en beloofd dit te zullen nakomen. In waarheids oirkonde hebbe ik Scholtus deze getekend en gezegeld en den compt: met sijn handmerk betrokken en mij Scholtus versogt om namens haar te zegelen.
