uit de nalatenschap van Jan Terhel door notaris Louis Mijnard van Kruijne geveild. Jan Terhel is
bierbrouwersknecht en is op 17 juni 1832 overleden in Brielle. Zijn weduwe is Katharina Treitel,
tapster te Brielle. Er zijn drie minderjarige kinderen: Christina Terhel, Jacobus Terhel en Delvina Terhel.
Toeziend voogd is Jan Rijnhart, koopman te Brielle. Meerderjarige kinderen uit eerder huwelijk met
Katharina Harteveld zijn: Katharina Terhel, huisvrouw van Paulus Mudde, timmermansknecht te Brielle
en Hermanus Terhel, kleermaker te Brielle. Uit dit eerste huwelijk is een zoon Kornelis Terhel vooroverleden.
Uit diens huwelijk met Delvina Maria Kusters (thans huisvrouw van Johannes Roos in 's-Hertogenbosch)
zijn nog minderjarige kinderen mede erfgenamen van hun grootvader. Het zijn Johannes Jacobus Terhel,
Adrianus Christianus Terhel en Johanna Katharina Terhel.
