1780-11- / 2075-11: Staat en inventaris van de goederen nagelaten door Gerrit Hoek (overl. 12 oktober 1780) en zijn weduwe Trijn Pietersdr Oudestam (overl. 18 oktober 1780), gedaan door Pieter Sijmonsz Planteyt en Anth. van Groningen op verzoek van Jan Graafsant en Jan Schipper te Egmond aan Zee en Dirk Hoek te Scheveningen als executeurs/voogden over Lijsbeth Gerritsdr Hoek (aangesteld door het gerecht op 19 november 1780, ORA 2057-111, voogdijacte) oa. Timmermansschuur bij het vuurboetsduyn (en twee visschuitjes bevaren door Jan Cornelisz en Arie Engele; zie ook A135 en A144).
1781-01- / 2066 fol.14: Kwijtschelding van oa. een timmerschuur bij 't vuurboetsduyn, door de erfg. van Gerrit Hoek en Trijntje Pieters Oudestam, aan Pieter Sijmonsz Planteyt; betaald met f 350,-.
1781-02-18/ 2066 fol.17: Hypotheek van f 600,- wegens lening tegen 2½% rente, af te betalen met tenminste f 50,- jaarlijks, onder verband van de timmerschuur met alles daarom en bij staande, door Pieter Sijmonsz Planteyt tbv. Jan Dekker te Egmond Binnen.

2126-B94 /1776-06-30: Pieter Sijmonsz werd uitgescholden voor een "uitgereden weerlicht, die al de vrouluy afnaayt en afgeneukt heeft, daarvan hij zo bleek ziet en niet werken kan".
