Susanna Cuijk was voor haar huwelijk eveneens binnen Amsterdam woonachtig in de "Santstraat". Haar vader, Steven Jansz Kuijk die als getuige bij haar huwelijk aanwezig was, was volgens een aantekening in de akte "Impotent" (niet in staat om iets te kunnen doen). Maes Vermeulen was de schrijfkunst machtig. Susanna Cuijk kon niet schrijven.
