Vier merghen lants also als die gelegen sijn in Hermans gerichte van Wulven in den Meren, dair baven ende beneden naest gelant is Gerit van Voern mit lande, dat hy holdende is van den Gesticht van Utrecht.

- 24. Dec. 1542: Dierick die Wit na dode zijns vaders Johan die Wit Stevens zoon.
- 12. Jan. 1560: Steven die Wit na dode zijns broeders Dierick die Wit krachtensx testament.
- 8. October 1579: Elysabeth van Sompeken, weduwe ban Jacob Vermeer, na opdracht door Willem de Viana, voogd over Jan de With, enige zoon van wijlen Steven de With.
Als Vogt war aber eingesetzt: Mr. Pouwels van den Berch ende Aelbert Foeck mombers over Jan de Wit haeren onmondigen soon. Att. Acten Reg. 3. April 1573.
Auffällig das Datum: kurz nach der Machtergreifung tritt ein neuer Vogt auf, und das Gut wird Jan weggenommen.

Jan de Witt, een seer geleerd jongman, sed genio et amori nimium indulgens, sterf te Romen, 1622, ongetroudt. Fit parentem hereditato Canonicus B. Mariae Traject. anno 1608.
