Dear mr. Swart,
Today, I will send you some copies of indexes in which the name Phijt (etc) could be found in our archives. To start with "de burgerboeken", the first time we meet someone of the family is in 1603, jacob heijndricxz. Fijt. (OAN 48) Probably it's the same Jacob all the time In the "notariele aktes", the first "akte" is the one made when Hendrick Jacobs. died, a copy is included. All these dates we find back in the DTB's of Naarden, However the name is written on various ways, even more than we could think of in the beginning of our search. We send you copies of the indexes. As you wish to recieve copies of the real pages of the DTB Naarden concerning more specified questions, please let us know and we can always send them to you. If you give us the number of the fiches and the page, and the name, we know where we are talking about. And, if you have any further questions, please let us know . We made copies of the DTB-books of Naarden only of the birth or christening of Hendrick and of the marriage of his parents, so you have an idea what to expect.
