Zij huwde in 1524 met Jan Heijnricxz, * 1477, goudsmid te Delft, weduwnaar van Maritgen Bartholomeusdr. z.v. Henrick Jansz. * ± 1440, goudsmid te Haarlem en Delft en Claertgen Gerrytsdr. van Spaerwoude.
Uit het huwelijk (1) met Maritgen, overl. 1520/21, was een zoon Adriaen Janzn. geboren.
Uit het huwelijk (2) met Willemtgen werd dochter Clara ± 1530 geboren.
Jan Heijnricxz. "Heer van Spaerwoude" overleed en werd begraven op 17-08-1552 te Delft in de nieuwe kerk.
Door vererving via vader van grootmoeder werd Clara eigenares van "De woninge met vijff ende twintich maden land gelegen tot Spearwoude bij de kerk".
