Zij is omstreeks 1570 hertrouwd. Haar nieuwe echtgenoot, Oelsier Aryenszn. compareert dan voor de gezworenen van Rijswijk waarbij hij verklaart Aeltje Ariensdr. gehuwd te hebben, de weduwe van Ouwe Pouwels Claeszn Verspeck.
Hij neemt de verplichtingen van Ouwe Pouwels Claeszn., uit de akte van 12 januari 1564, over, in dier voege, dat hij op zich neemt aan de kinderen 800 Karolus Guldens te betalen in diverse termijnen. Sier Aryenszn. en Aeltje, zijn huisvrouw, treden in al hetgeen Ouwe Pouwels Claeszn. bezeten heeft, huis, schuur, stallen, hooiberg, geboomte, voorts koeien, paarden, varkens, schapen, kalveren, wagens, ploegen, eydens, stoppen, mouwen, niets uitgezonderd. Waarschijnlijk zijn beiden vroeg gestorven. Voor Allerheiligen 1576 compareert voor de Gezworenen van Rijswijk Gerrit Gerritszn. en verklaart gekocht te hebben van de voogden van Aryaentje Pouwelsdr., het achtergelaten weeskind van Pouwels Claeszn. Verspeck en Aeltje Aryensdr. zaliger, het huis, schuur, berg en geboomte, dat Ouwe Pouwels Claeszn. in zijn leven placht te bewonen. Waarschijnlijk is dan dus Jonge Neeltje Pouwelsdr. ook reeds overleden.
