Notes about Tijs Cornelisz (Thijs) Decker

 In het Notarieel Archief van Alkmaar  werd het testament aangetroffen van  Thijs Dekker  Deze akte werd op 21 februari 1756 opgemaakt door notaris  Adrianus van der Burgh waarbij Aaltje Jans Steen werd genoemd als de weduwe van Thijs Dekker. Volgens het testament stemden de kinderen, die tijdens het huwelijk waren geboren, er mee in dat hun moeder de goederen mocht beheren. Een opvallend verschijnsel is wel dat het testament, ruim 7 jaar na het overlijden van Thijs Dekker, passeerde. 

Testament van Thijs Dekker (21-2-1756) In de Doop- Dood- en Trouwboeken van de Rooms Katholieke Statie te Limmen werden géén geboorte, doop of huwelijks gegevens aangetroffen van  Thijs Dekker Aaltje Jans Steen Ook werden er géén geboorte en/of doop gegevens gevonden van de uit hun huwelijk geboren kinderen. De namen van de kinderen zijn om die reden geplaatst in de volgorde zoals deze in het testament zijn geschreven.
