Geboren: Johanna Hendrika Bulten - Ouders; Johannes Cornelis Bulten, Veearts, 34 jaar, wonende in de buurschap Velswijk onder deze Gemeente, welke ons heeft verklaard dat op den 3 den der maand Julij dezes jaars, des morgens ten 07.00 ure, ten zijnen woonhuize is geboren een kind van het vrouwelijk geslacht, uit zijne echtgenoot, Hendrika Bannink, zonder beroep, en aan welk kind hij verklaart de voornaamen te willen geven van Johanna Hendrika.
De getuigen waren: Gerrit Jan Massink, landbouwer, 58 jaar, en van Jan Luesink, landbouwer, 42 jaar, beide inwoners dezer Gemeente.
