    RYAN Frederica Walta, 82, of Dunedin, FL, died Sunday, Oct. 31, 1999, at Mease Dunedin Hospital. Born in Fargo, N.D., and raised in Miami, FL. Freddie was a graduate of Miami Senior High School and the University of Miami. She was a resident of Oklahoma City from 1948 until 1962, where she was active in Cosmopals Civic Club. From Oklahoma City she moved to New York, where she worked for Parke Bernet Art Galleries, and was a volunteer for the American Council for Emigres. She also worked in real estate in Scarsdale, New Yorkand in Myrtle Beach, S.C. After retirement in Myrtle Beach and Kennebunk Beach, Maine, she moved to Palm Harbor, FL, in 1987. Survivors include a daughter, Jo Ann Davidor Ivy, and two grandchildren, Laura and David Ivy, all of Sao Paulo, Brazil, and several nieces and nephews.
