Melkeboder, redskapsboder, og en dukkestue som ble bygd av Halvdan Ystmark til Eldbjørg Ystmark. Trønderlånet var delt i to boenheter. I første etasje var det en liten gang med trapp til andre etasje og dører til stua til høyre. Rett frem kom man inn i kjøkkenet, og derfra fulgte det en dør videre til stua. I andre etasje var det to små rom, og i tillegg kjøkkenloftet og langloftet. Det siste rommet var mer som gang eller en korridor enn som et eget rom. I de siste tiårene bodde Årstein Elden i den ene boligen, og Jenny med familie i den andre. Det var kår knyttet til gården slik at det årlig måtte gies visse mengder melk, kjøtt og korn til Årstein Elden. Etterhvert tok datteren Ingrid og svigersønnen Harald over gårdsdriften, og også ansvaret for kåret. De bodde der sammen med Jenny og sine tre døtre. I dag drives gården av Ingrid og Haralds datter Birigt og hennes mann Ove Selen. De har overtatt begge delene av huset og slått det sammen til en bolig. De drev også sæterdrift. Sætra lå på Tørrisheimen, innerst i Holderen. Der drev de med kvegdrift. Det må ha vært et godt stykke å frakte kyr og folk mellom Tverås og Tørrisheimen. De kom hjem fra drift på sætra når Eldbjørg Ystmark ble født. Hun ble født på en søndag, og de kom ned fra fjellet kvelden før., 7790, Malm, Norge.
