Overlet halve garden til sonen Tomas 1764, sjÃ¥ bnr. 2 Negarden. 17.10.1727 mÃ¥tte Nils bøte 4 ort til "Christianshavns Kierche i Kiøbenhavn" ogtil "den forurettede" for "tort og iført process" 6 ort, for å ha "skjeldet Jon Henriksen Moe for en tyv". I 1957 fekk Nils forsegla ei brennevinspanne. Gift 1. gang 1726 med Malene Larsdatter Rangia, født omlag 1704, død 1739. Born: Andreas, født 1727 (Grønlia); Anne, født 1730 (død 1779, Engja); Elias, født 1732 (død før 1769); Dortea, født 1735 (Sakriheia); Beret, født 1736 (Ørtfjellet); Benjamin, født 1739 (Lomahaugen). Gift 2. gang 1739 med Anne Jonsdatter fra Yttraheia, født 1715, død 1789. Born: 1. Magdalene, født 1740 (død 1743); 2. Tomas, født 1743 (her); 3. Det finnes ingen info om barn, men jeg velger å tro at dette er de samme som den Anne og Niels Monssøn som er registrert til nå.
