I følge kirkeboka ved dåp blei Thordis født 18. juli 1919. Døpt 24. august 1919 Røbekk. https://media.digitalarkivet.no/view/39495/14 ---------------------- Gravminne. http://www.disnorge.no/gravminner/bilde.php?id=2892506 --------------- Tordis var ei tid sammen med søstra Ella i Bergen som tjenestejenter. De hadde en hybel ved siden av ei latrine. Tordis var liten av vekst, hun gikk under mine armer, selv er jeg 170 cm. Hun var glad i å lese. Barn: 1) Omar Øverland gift med Henny Marie Merringdal. Barn: a) Andre f. 30 oktober 1963 Notat om ANDRÉ ØVERLAND: Etter skolen arbeidet André ei stund på Høvding Konfeksjonsfabrikk i Molde. Reiste til Stavanger og hyra seg på skoleskipet Gann i 3 måneder. Fikk hyre på Cocordia Star som lettmatros og en del i maskina i 13 måneder. Fikk hyre på Nyhammer hvor arbeidet i maskina i ca. 6måneder. Havna i flyvåpenet i 15 måneder. Arbeidet etterpå i halvt et halvt år på Felleskjøpet i Molde som sjåfør. Så blei det Glamox i 12 år . Jobba etterpå ei stund som sjauer på kaie ei tid . I det siste har han vært sjåfør for Kvalheim Vaskeri i Molde. Etter et kurs i Kristiansund, har han nå fått sertifikat på buss og stor bil. Jo er utdannet seg til elktroingeniør igjennom NKI.Under skolegangen om kveldene jobba ha som vikar hos Hewlet Packard. Etter endt utdannelse var han stasjonert i flyvåpenet i Bodø. Etterpå blei det et tre måneders arbeid på Glamox i Molde før han fikk seg fast arbeid ved Hewlet Packard i Oslo. Arbeidet der ca. 12 år. Nå har han fått seg arbeid hos datafirmaet Adcom i Molde i 1999. Har bygd seg hus i Nordbyen, Molde. Kilder:Jo og Omar Øverland. Barn: i) William Sander f. 11 februar 1995. ii) Kristine Margrethe f. 27 juni 1997. c) Kai f. 14 april 1968 Kai er interessert i , friluftsliv, tegning og maling, foto, data, film. filosofi og samfunn. I 1985-87 gikk han på Molde videregående skole, fra 1988-89 arbeidet han som produksjonsmedarbeider på Glamox i Molde. Fra 1989 til 93 tok han ingeniørhøskole med fagene, miljø og planlegging. Årene 1993 til tok han faget , Institut for by- og regionsplanlegging ved Norges Tekniske Høgskole, Samtidig tok han grunnfag i sosiologi og eksamen philisoficum, og fikk graden Candidatus Magistrii. Etterpå var han vikarlærer i Naturfag/matematikk ved Bergmo ungdomskole i Molde i et år. Etter det tok han grunnfag i geografi på NTNU, underviste ei stund etterpå som lærerassistent ved Berg grunnskole i Trondheim. For tiden arbeider han som miljø og arealplanlegger i Bjerkreim kommune som ligger i Rogaland. Kilder: Kai Øverland. d) Eva f. 14 februar 1972. Etter gymnaset i Molde som blåruss gikk hun på Møre og Romsdal distrikthøgskole som høgskolekanditat i sammfunsøkonomi i et år,. Etterpå reiste hun til Stavanger og ved Rogaland Høgskolesenter studerte hun samfunfagi. Året etterpå blei det økonomisk/administrative fag i en 2 års periode ved Høgskolen i Stavanger. I 1995 reiste Eva til Høgskolen i Volda hvor hun ble etter en toårsperiode høgskolekandidat i informasjon. Neste mål i 1998 var Universitetet i Bergen hvor hun for tiden (1999) er i ferd med å ta en hovedfagstudium i mediavitenskap. Noe hun ble ferdig med i desember år 2000, Emnet var "Politisk reklame i radio og fjernsyn.Hun var godt fornøyd med resultatet som ga henne karakteren, laud. Hun var i flere år, i feriene, kjøkkenassistent ved Bolsøy Aldersheim. Et år var hun husvert på en studentbolig i Stavanger. I to måneder var Eva praksisstudent ved informasjonsavdelinga Ved Norges forskningsråd. Ved Odda kommune var hun i et ca. halvt års tid, prosjektleder for Kommunikasjon og informasjon for omstillingsprosessen i Odda. Ei stund i 1998 var hun sesong-/sommerhjelp ved kundeservice hos Foto Knutsen AS i Bergen.. I Bergen kommune var hun fra mai-99 og ut året funksjonsassistent for sosionom. Eva er glad i å synge å har vært tilslutta et studentkor. Som ung deltok hun i leikaringen på Romsdalsmuseet. Ellers var hun lenge medlem av turnforeninga: "Molde Fjære".
