Nog Pieter Hindriks Bakker voor Eppijn Egberts, weduwe van Hilke Menses, te Woldendorp, voor Seija Jans Havinga, geassisteerd door haar man H. W. Dijken, te Farmsum, voor Derk Edzes, Hindrik Huisman en Okko Jans, voogden over de minderjarige kinderen van Hindrik Huisman bij wijlen Ike Derks, gezamenlijke erfgenamen van Martjen Egberts, weduwe van Harko Pieters, verkopen aan Abel Geerts, met volmacht van Hiltjo Beenes, hun eigendomlijke behuizing en tuin, staande en gelegen westwaarts in de Beerta, ten noorden de Hereweg, ten oosten, Joost Brongers, ten zuiden het Diep, ten westen Jan Oomkes, meierwijze. Aankomstbrief: Winschoten, 4 mei 1790. Op dit huis staat nog het bedrag van 300 gld., welk het kind van Jan Deden en Geeske Koerts (ehel.) toekomt. In plaats van rente wordt er een jaarlijkse huur van 12 gld. betaald. Prijs: 940 gld. De koopschat van 640 gld. Is voldaan door Aeijsso Geukes en vrouw. Getuigen: de koopman Jacob Luirds en Johannes Hinderiks.

Fol.333 - 7 december 1798 - Abel Geerts, te Bovenburen met volmacht van Hiltjo Beenes, verkoopt aan Aeijsso Geukes en Stijntje Pieters (ehel.), in de Beerta, een eigendomlijke behuizing en tuin staand en gelegen westwaarts in de Beerta, ten noorden de Hereweg, ten oosten J. Brongers, ten zuiden het Diep, ten westen J. Oomkes, meierwijze. Aankomstbrief: 3 december 1798 in de Beerta. Prijs; 1110 gld. Hiervan wordt betaald 810 gld., de overige 300 gld. komt toe aan het kind van Jan Deden en Geeske Koerts (ehel.). De 300 gld. wordt verbuid met 4 gld. huur per jaar. Getuigen: Jacob Luirds en Luiken Hindriks.
