Pacht 8 lijn land te Poortugaal in 1378 en 1379 tegen 5sc.6d.0gr.4m., hetzelfde land van 1381 tot en met 1398 tegen 4sc.0gr. In 1379 pacht hij de bieraccijns te Poortugaal tegen 13sc.9d.0gr. en samen met Heyn BET en Arnt DIRCXZ 6 gemet land tegen 11sc.3.0gr. In 1383 en 1384 pacht hij samen met Jan DERICXZ de bij Pernis gelegen buitenlanden Oostbroeck tegen 33 1/2 pond hollands en Backersoord tegen17pond10sc.. In 1385 pacht hij 2 1/2 gemet 7 1/2 roede land te Poortugaal tegen 50sc. hollands en in 1394 6 gemet min 50 roede land te Spijkenisse tegen 6 pond hollands. Op 23 Mrt 1393 krijgt hij eenschair op de Oord van het ten oosten van Pernis gelegen 's-Gravenambacht van de Heer van Putten en in 1399 is hij te Spijkenisse borg voor Willem WISSENSZ die tegen 20 pond hollands een deel van de bieraccijns aldaar heeft gepacht. Op 8 Jul 1400 wordt hij als eigenaar van land te Oedenvliet=Hoogvliet vermeld.
