Henderina Keizer-van der Kaars werd op 27 Februari 1943 in Kamp Westerbork geregistreerd. Zij verbleef met haar man Lodewijk Keizer in barak 70. Op de registratiekaart van de Joodse Raad zijn over Henderina de volgende aantekeningen gemaakt:

Op 21 Januari 1943 is een verzoek om nadere informatie gestuurd van Kamp Westerbork aan het Joods Ziekenhuis in Zutphen aangaande de ziekte en de duur daarvan van Henderina Keizer-van der Kaars geboren 14-1-1856 (moet zijn: 14-11-1856). Diezelfde datum kwam de gevraagde informatie binnen en luidde: Bovengenoemde Henderina Keizer van der Kaars is de vrouw van de betreffende Lodewijk Keizer. Zij lijdt aan ouderdomsgebreken, is bedlegerig en ligt achteruitgaande in het Joods Ziekenhuis in Zutphen.

Waarop op 26 Januari 1943 de aantekening volgt: Dokters attest betreffende Henderina Keizer-van der Kaars waaruit blijkt dat de toestand achteruit gaat. Heeft voorlopig transportuitstel gekregen. Op 15 Februari 1943 is aantekening gemaakt van een bericht van de Joodse Ziekeninrichting Zutphen over toestand kamp. Waarop op 1 Maart de aantekening is gevolgd dat haar bagage op 28-2 naar barak 70 is gebracht.

Henderina is ondanks haar toestand toch op 27 Februari naar Kamp Westerbork gestuurd, waar zij met haar man Lodewijk Keizer verbleef in barak 70. Op 2 Maart 1943 werden beiden op transport gesteld naar Auschwitz waar zij bij aankomst op 5 Maart 1943 onmiddellijk zijn vermoord.
