Lt K. M. Uhr-Henry. RANVR. of North Hobart, who has been award- ed the Distinguished Service Cross,

is the son of Mr Lt Uhr-Henry. and Mrs H. G. Uhr - Henry. of New Town. Be- fore leaving Ho- bart in 1941 to serve overseas, Lt Uhr-Henry was married to Miss Marie Wise. He was mobilised in October, 1941, was sub-lieuten- ant, and served with the Royal Navy. He was promoted lieutenant in September, 1942.
