Sara Sampson Utah/Idaho Sara Woolf Sampson, 87, passed away December 22, 2010, in Richfield, Utah, due to complications incident to age. It was her fondest dream to go home. Sara was born May 6, 1923, in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Lowell and Dora Woolf. She married Ben Easton Sampson September 21, 1956, in Salt Lake City, Utah. The marriage was later solemnized in the Los Angeles LDS Temple. He preceded her in death in November of 1993. Sara was an accomplished musician and taught piano almost all of her life. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was blessed to serve in many capacities. She spent her life in the service of her family and others. She is survived by her children K.D. Ker, Steven Ker, Lisa Ker, Char-mayne Replogle, Craig Sampson, Laurel Sampson, Lewis Sampson, Lowell Sampson, and Dorran Sampson; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister Jody Dodd. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and sister, Alta Ryder. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 30, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at the Ammon First Ward Chapel, 3000 Central Avenue, Ammon, Idaho where friends may call from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Interment will be at the Ucon City Cemetery.
