She fought a long and valiant battle with cancer. She is the fifth of nine children to James Edwin Turner, Jr. and Pearl Vilate (Tobler) Turner. On Sept 15, 1949, she married her sweetheart, Herbert Snow Bentley for Time and all Eternity in the St. George LDS Temple.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Herb Bentley, and six children; Kathleen Bentley; Kenneth (Kathy) Bentley;Marilyn (Greg) Mower; Doug (Deonn) Bentley;Alan (Mary) Bentley and James (Emilie) Bentley; and sisters Gwen (Quentin) Nisson and Yvonne (Britt) Kendall and brothers Rhaldo (Cindy) Turner; Jim (Lorene) Turner; and Gerald (Lena) Turner.
