GITTUS, Alan James - Passed away peacefully at the LGH on May 25, 2009, aged 90 years. Dearly loved husband of Gwen (dec.).
Loved son of the late Myrtle and Robert Gittus, and brother of Albert, Jean, Eric (all dec.) and Ken.
Loving stepfather of Jenny and Alan Dewis, and Douglas Ritchie (dec.).
Adored Poppa of Mark, Phillip and Sally and their families.
Devoted friend of Joanie.

Farewell Poppa. Let your weary body rest. All our love, from Mark, Katrina, John and Lizzie.

You inspired us with your fabulous example. We will miss you and your cheeky sense of humour. Thank you for loving us all like you did. You were the greatest and will stay in our hearts forever! Phil and Marcella.

I loved how you were not afraid to try new things. We have many great stories about you. You were generous always and never missed our birthdays. I will miss your fabulous sense of humour and not seeing you for a while. I will see you again one day in heaven. Love from your great-grandson Oliver.

You were the coolest Poppa in the world. Love, Will.
