The wedding was cerebrated at the
Paterson St. Methodist Church last
Saturday afternoon of Hazel Doreen
Itlyth, daughter of Mr. and iMrs. L. H.
lilyth Fllnders Island, and Leslie Wil
liam Simmonds, son of 'Mr. and Mrs. L.
C. Simmonds, Legana. The bride was
given away by Mr. J. Easterbrook, and
Rev. Norman Lade perlormed the cere
mony.
A long trained frock of white floral
brocade was worn by the bride. It was
fashioned with a small Peter Pan col.
lar and a long waisted bodice. Her
embroidered tulle veil was lent by Mrs.
Ai. Bullock and was held in place with
a coronet of orange blossom. She car.
ried a bouquet of white gcnista, Christ
mRa roses and pink carnations.
The bride was attended by the
'groom's sister. oMiss Nancy Slmmonds.
I-icr frock of powder blue was trimmed
with beading, and in her. hair she wore
flowers and a coronet of tulle. She
carried mauve chrysanthemums, pink
erica and autumn leaves.
Mr. Frank Harrison was best man, and
"I Love You Truly" was sung by Miss
Elsie Tucker. The reception was held
st tile Lounge. The wedding cake was
made and presented by the bride's aunt,
Mrs. K. BIlyth.
When leaving for the honeymoon,
which Is being spent in the South, the
bride wore a blue tweed hat with her
blue tweed stilit and black accessories.
