Passed away peacefully at MCH, Latrobe. Devoted partner of Andy (dec.). Treasured mum of Danny and Sharyn. Loving ma of Bradlee and Gemma. Friend of Robyn, Ian, Jeanette and Allison.

Loved eldest daughter of Millie and Albert Jordan (both dec.).
Together again
Sister of Barry, David, Cedric and Alison.

For you the pain, it is all done. For us, the pain, has just begun. Our tears will stop in awhile, and we'll think of you with a smile. But it seems unfair you must go away, and forever, in our hearts you'll always stay.
