RINE, ELIZABETH S. "BETTE," of St. Petersburg, died Wednesday (Oct. 8, 2003) at the Springs at Boca Ciega Bay. Born in Lower Merion Township, Pa., she moved to Florida in 1954 from Pennsylvania. She retired as a secretary with General Telephone Co. in Clearwater after 20 years of service. She was a member of Faith Covenant Church, the Woman's C of C and Telephone Pioneers, Sunshine Chapter. Survivors include two daughters, Barbara McKinnon, St. Petersburg, and Joann Dewey, Lakeland; a son, John Baltz, Sweetwater, Tenn.; a sister, Alice Wiggins, Ardmore, Pa.; 14 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
