Van: Een huis waarin de koper zelf woont, voorts de smitte met de gereedschappen met de hof daarachter gelegen. Het huis en hof is gelegen naast hert huis van vrouw Mengers. Jaarlijks moet uit de opbrengst van de smitte een poaar cappoenen op 't Weldam worden afgeleverd.
