Johan Jacob Rompelman , geb. 3-2-1871 te Utrecht . Hij was eerst kleermaker .
Kwam als conducteur bij de Nederlandse Spoorwegen naar Zwolle . Hij is 18-2-1891 in Utrecht getrouwd met Geertruida Magdalena Ros , dochter van Theodorus Antonius Ros en Mechtel Rietveld . Zij werd 15-1-1869 geboren in Utrecht .
Hun eerste kind werd geboren in Zwolle . Daarna zijn ze verhuist naar Grafhorst , Gemeente IJsselmuiden . Op latere leeftijd weer vertrokken als hoofdconducteur naar Zuilen / Utrecht . In de tweede wereldoorlog terug gekomen naar een dochter in Kampen en beiden zijn daar overleden , Geertruida op 29-5-1943 en Johan Jacob op 25-1-1945 .
