Van beroep toen machinist gem. slachthuis.
Op 1 juni 1935 vertrokken naar Breda en op 27 september 1935 opgenomen in het St. Elisabeths gesticht.
Op basis van de foto van de grafzerk en de informatie daarbij van online.begraafplaatsen.nl overleden op 11-11-1976.
In zijn geboorteakte krijgt hij de naam Gerrit, ook in de huwelijksakte staat Gerrit, maar op zijn grafsteen staat Gerardus.
